From our Clients

“Joanna not only has a great deal of knowledge in how to sort out my balance and my movement, but also understood why I was feeling so low. Her patience and experience has helped me with setting new goals that are making me feel really good again. I will continue working with Joanna on a one to one basis and with the Movers and Shakers sessions. Thank you so much Joanna.” John

"With enthusiasm and encouragement, Joanna explains, demonstrates and monitors us as she puts us through a range of practical stretches and exercises that has improved my mobility, flexibility, muscle strength, balance, posture and general fitness. Her inclusion of individuals of all abilities adds to the "psyche" of belonging to a group ~ you are never alone. Thank you". – Bob
